Our returns policy is limited to 7 days from delivery of your order. If 7 days have lapsed since your order was delivered we will unfortunately not be able to accept returns.
The item to be returned must be sealed, unused and in the same condition that you received it. To initiate a return please email your order number and more information to email@example.com.
We will inspect the returned item on receipt and affect a refund or exchange if the return is accepted.
If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or to the original method of payment within three days from notice of refund.
Kindly note that it may take some time before the refund reflects in your bank account. Please feel free to contact us if your refund does not reflect in your bank account after 7 working days. To initiate a refund please email your order number and more information to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will only be able to replace products if they are defective or damaged. Items will be replaced with the same product type provided there are no stock availability issues. To initiate an exchange please email your order number and more information to email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will be able to return the item to us (Please see returns above). If you are eligible for a refund, we will issue a gift certificate to you for the value of your return (Please see refunds above).
Gift Cards are not refundable for cash.
Shipping costs on original order are non-refundable.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over R300.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service as this will ensure we receive your returned item.
Once your exchange request is processed, the cost of return shipping will be covered by us. The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
Sale items may not be returned for an exchange or refund.
